Labor Day Weekend

This picture was taken on our walk around Lake Harriet one evening...

It was a Severson family adventure each day of the holiday weekend. Friday we went to the fair. No rides this year; instead, we visited the barns and saw plenty of farm animals. I think Nathan's favorites were the horses. Saturday we went to a birthday party for another one-year-old name Ella (not Cousin Ella but Friend Ella). Unfortunately, we did not bring the camera but the birthday party was a blast for the kids! They had a big bouncy castle and they went all out with more than 30 guests! Like previous experiences, Nater wasn't thrilled about the bouncing castle until Mommy joined him and we bounced and bounced some more! It was a great party for little toddlers so John and I were taking notes for Nathan's three-year-old party next year. Sunday we went to church and then it rained all day so we stayed indoors and watched Finding Nemo, changed diapers, fed Gavin, all very routine for a Sunday. After the boys went to bed, John and I actually watched a movie - Firewall. EXCELLENT movie if you're into technology and suspense!!!! Monday, today, we went to the city! I will blog that story next.
